Chain made of pieces. Nurnberg from 1530 to 1540. Gold, Pearls, Precious Stones, Coral and Gems. 39.2 cm long. This type of necklace and bracelets would have been a proper part of the bride's dowry (Brautschatz) and would have gone along with the Nurnberger Bride's Crown (Kronbraut) that is so often seen in Jost Amman's etchings.
